Question:How much does a 3400g baby drink per day? Can you help me?
- reply - 1: There is this rule of thumb, 1/6 of body weight. That would be ~ 570 ml. But I would not stiffen me there too much, that can still be individually very different and certainly depends on the age of the baby.
- reply - 2: 1/6 to 1/10 a day ... it depends on the child ...
I wrote down the first months exactly what my drank.
In the end, it does not matter as long as your child feels comfortable and steadily increasing ;-)
- reply - 3: I was told in the hospital ... if the child does not lose weight it should drink so long until it is full of my has 3340 grams about 40 to 50 ml 6 times a day drunk .. when bath day was 1 Meal extra .. and then it has increased so always 10 ml more after 2 to 3 days .. now he is 3 weeks old and drinks 150 ml per meal 5 to 6 times a day .. he now weighs 3980 grams .. degrees has weighed the midwife ... so well :) hope that helps you :)
- reply - 4: Mine is now 16 weeks old and still drinks only her 120 ml per meal but 8 times a day. Some drink less per meal more often and some more and only come 4 times a day. Birth weight was 3420 cm long and yesterday at U4 she had 5950 gr and 64 cm. She is very well developed and very lively.
